Appointment requests made online are not confirmed until our office confirms them. Cancellation, late arrival, and missed appointment policies are provided by our office and may include fees.

You agree to provide accurate and current billing information and confirm you are authorized to use the payment method. Text messaging (SMS) terms
Program description. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Augusta Family Dentistry about appointment reminders and confirmations, scheduling, billing and payment notices, and other updates related to your care and account.
How you opt in. You can opt in by providing your mobile number and consent on our website forms, on patient forms, by texting us, or verbally with our office. Consent is not a condition of receiving care or purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your appointments and account activity.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. To rejoin, reply START or contact our office.
